Stephanie Lindores
I have been working in Nuclear Medicine as a nurse for 12 years. For 5 of these years I have been the Nurse Unit Manager and theranostics coordinator for lutate treatment of NETS patients. This involves coordination of an average of 200 patients per year from initial referral to Nuclear Medicine to booking of treatment cycles and pathology revision.
I am the clinical nurse research lead for prostate trials of Lu-PSMA including UPFRONT and EVOLUTION, and the clinical research nurse lead in the current TheraPb alpha therapy trial for prostate cancer.
I am a member of the RBWH Theranostics Steering Group and a member of the future Queensland Cancer Centre planning group for Theranostics and Nuclear Medicine.
I collaborated with NECA (Meredith Cummins) to initiate and develop a special interest group for nurses for Theranostics to develop a network that was specific to specialized nuclear medicine and oncology nurses.
I was also instrumental in developing a specialised package for nurses at RBWH to inject radiopharmaceuticals under our own licence, the only nurses to do so in public hospitals in Australia
