Sam is a dual-trained radiologist and nuclear medicine specialist who trained at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.  He currently is a Senior Staff Specialist at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, working in the Department of Medical Imaging and the Department of Nuclear Medicine at RBWH, and is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland.  He has special interests in oncology imaging, PET and spectral CT imaging.
