Geoffrey Schembri

Geoff graduated from Sydney University in 1985 obtained his FRACP specialising in Nuclear Medicine and now is accredited in Ultrasound, PET and Cardiac CT.

He is employed at Royal North Shore hospital. RNSH is a key site providing theranostic services to NSW and is a recognised centre of excellence in Neuro-endocrine tumours. He has experience with lutetium-based therapy for NETs and meningioma.

He was a contributor to the Australasian Association of Nuclear Medicine Specialists (AANMS) Position Statement on the Practice of Theranostics in Australia covering standards on the appropriate provision of theranostics in Australia. He is a co-author on over 77 scientific papers and over 100 Abstracts and posters.
